The North Carolina Association of Educators seeks committed staff to fill multiple organizer positions to work on NCAE's ambitious and exciting project to build a movement of majority locals in order to win power both locally and statewide.
Organizers identify, recruit, train, and coach building level leadership, drive member recruitment and engagement, and support organizing campaigns to win real improvements for public school staff and students. Organizers are on the front lines of NCAE's efforts to organize the public education sector in the South and will spend the majority of their time in the field working directly with member leaders.

And embracing comprehensive campaigns to bring public education stakeholders together to win unprecedented wins for public school staff, students, and parents.
