Registered Nurse (RN) | Outpatient Clinic
Location: Moab, UT
Agency: Empower Professionals Inc.
Pay: $2,100 to $2,300 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/26/2026

About the Position

• RN – Clinic/Outpatient (Relocation Candidates with a Compact License Are Welcome)
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Specialty Clinic team.
• The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across a variety of medical specialties in an outpatient setting.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Responsibilities will include patient assessment, triage, education, and care coordination.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Current, unencumbered Utah or compact state RN license
• Knowledge of infection control principles, patient safety techniques, and prevention of adverse reactions to medications/treatments.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to maintain such in situations with rapidly changing circumstances.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both orally and in writing, with providers, co-workers, patients, and patient families.
• Must possess high level of self-motivation and be comfortable working both independently, and as part of a small team.
• Knowledge of computer systems, data entry and electronic medical records.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. without assistance and lift/move weights beyond 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in a confidential manner.
• Reliable and timely with work schedule.
• Flexible and willing to accept other duties as assigned.

Additional Details
Shift Information: Anticipated schedule Full time (40 hours per week) Monday–Friday, 08:00-17:00
EMR Used: Meditech
On-Call Pager: $1/hour
Call-Back Rate: All-inclusive Pay rate + $7, with a 1-hour minimum
Overtime: After 40 hours per week, all-inclusive Pay rate + $7.
License: Active Utah or compact RN license.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an outpatient setting preferred (Family Practice, Surgical Center, GYN, etc)
